Most frequent questions and answers
Axe throwing is very safe! It is important that you listen to and follow all the safety rules, but if you do, it is a very safe sport. It is one of the safest throwing experiences you can have, as our targets are easier to stick (so you don’t have to throw as hard), and our safety-designed target system helps minimize bounces!
CLOSED-TOE SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. No one will be permitted to participate without the proper shoes. So, no flip flops, bare feet, sandals, etc. For the rest of your body, loose comfortable clothing is a good idea. Picture the throwing motion, so you will not want to wear anything that restricts that movement.
Ages eight and up are welcome to participate, but all minors under age 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian complete their waiver.
There is limited space in the throwing areas, but if you keep the spectators to a minimum, that should be fine. Keep in mind that virtually anyone can participate – from age eight and above! No reason they should not join in the fun!
We have six axe throwing lanes and two golf/sports bays. Each axe lane has projected, end-grain targets, digital scoring, and anti-bounce back technology.
No, you can’t bring in drinks. However, we have a terrific selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks available for purchase. You won’t be disappointed!
No, but we do offer hot, fresh pizza as well as an array of prepackaged snacks for purchase.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time. This way you can check-in and fill out waivers if necessary.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice = Full refund to original payment method.
Cancellations with 3 to 48 hours notice = Credit to re-book within the next 60 days, failure to do so will result in the loss of said credit.
No Shows or cancellations with less than 3 hours notice = No refunds or credits will be given.
Private/Corporate Events require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a minimum two-week notice of cancellation.
Yes, we do! We have a variety of beer, wine, and malt beverages, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Yes, but please be responsible. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they appear intoxicated or act in a manner that could be a danger to themselves or others.
